Very pleased with this eyeliner pencil from TARTE
It has two options, a gel pencil and a liquid eyeliner that dries semi-matte
I use the gel pencil most days and the liquid liner for a more precise liner when going out.
A very nicely balanced applicator that feels comfortable to hold and to use.
After using a few days, I can confirm that the eyeliner doesn’t fade or ‘bleed’ but stays just where I put it.
At £20, this is more than I would usually pay, but this eyeliner pen is definitely worth it for the amount of times I will no longer have to ‘re-do’ my liner
