Heard some hype on this so tried it out.
Note – I have fine, mousey hair and struggle for products that stay in my hair without weighing it down to a shiny mess.
This is different to other products. It’s soft like paste. Goes in to the hair effortlessly. But gives instant hold without any weight at all.
I apply a pinch of hair powder alongside this and it holds for a good 8-10 hour period. Maybe longer on the right day without wind/rain or working out.
Washed out really well. It’s become my every day product now.
Only downside – smells a little strange. Like fajita sauce powder. Weird I know. But that’s what I’m getting.
Still 5 stars though. What a product.

Doesn’t last really, any moisture and it loses its hold. Completely un-scented too which is a shame.

Works very well I have very thick medium hair, took it on holiday lots of salt in the air still holds

This really is awesome stuff. I kept seeing the reviews and social media buzz around this product so I bit the bullet and ordered a jar. Got enough tac to hold a style but doesn’t look or feel like you’ve got anything in the hair (holy grail!), I don’t know how they’ve done it really but hats off slick gorilla. Similar to ADH Dry in terms of consistency and smell. Soft almost paste like clay with a natural clay smell, I can’t quite put my finger on it tbh but it’s a natural scent doesn’t smell artificial. I use it by putting a 5p size dollop in damp hair and then drying/styling through with a dryer. Washes out easy. Recommended!!

I have short fine hair and thought this would be useful as I can’t have anything too heavy for my texture fringe. This is supposed to be low to medium hold, but has virtually no hold at all and leaves my blond hair much darker and greasy, even when using a very small amount. After a day is looks flat and lifeless.
My wife also uses clay in her hair and tried it. She said it was like having no product in her hair at all as it simply has no effect.
I can only advise that it may be useful for those with thick, dark hair who can take working the product from the roots, but even then, there are much more suitable products on the market.
If you want to add volume to your hair, avoid this as this is too light and ineffective for its own good.
