Okay so I’ve never been a fake tanner. I’ve never been interested in it as it usually looks ridiculously overdone on most people, but hey! If it makes them happy it makes them happy and I’ve no right to judge. I was SO excited to try this product, I instantly bought it in medium as it stated that would be the best for my porcelain skin (lack of vitamin D from years of no sun, I’m olive toned and go very dark in the sun from my Romani roots) so I did everything the instructions told me to do, extremely meticulously as I wanted to make sure that I didn’t get any build up or streaks or anything. I covered my whole body, after shaving/exfoliating prior then having a freezing cold shower till all pores were closed- I used a velvet mitt and velvet back applicator (expensive ones too) and waited for the appropriate development time. I then washed with lukewarm water and a soap free body wash as directed that’s supposed to stop the tan stripping from your skin ect. It all came off in the shower apart from inbetween my fingers, build up on parts I was extremely careful applying but a drop of the lotion. Thinking since I’m a first timer and I’ve probably got something wrong, I tried again the next day and it didn’t do anything again. This is on literal paper white skin so there’s no excuse as to why it wouldn’t work. Even leaving the lotion on for 12 hours and then instantly reapplying after showering did sweet FK all. Oh and it totally just washed off my face like tinted moisturiser. Also, if you’re supposed to exfoliate and remove hair whilst using this- it’s incredibly difficult to keep up on if your hair grows back quickly. It’s almost as if the maker of this “tan” doesn’t realise that some people need to shave every day if they want to bear their legs, so logically it just doesn’t make sense. I’ve now bought the COCO & EVE medium 2hour tan and I now I have my natural colour back instantly, got to admit it’s sticky af in the beginning (especially on a hot day) but it really really works well, fades naturally like a normal tan and has a green undertone to stop any orange skin. Also, I seem to be able to apply this easier and evenly without the terrible hand stains and it didn’t sweat off and streak. Gave me the boost of confidence that I thought skinny tan would but it just didn’t. I do like the smell of the lotion so maybe I can just touch up my tan with that very subtly on just my legs, but don’t bother wasting your money unless you’re a dolphin with absolutely no hair anywhere on your body because even after exfoliating and waiting over 12 hours on 2 applications over the course of 2 days to get in the shower and shave my legs for it to all come off and be left with patchy ankles and almost henna coloured backs of hands eeek ???? I think maybe it’s a fake product as there is no scientific reason as to why it wouldn’t work, and it was all kept way under 30degreesC. Go get coco and eve instead the pump foam, so much better for a more natural looking tan that lasts longer ✨

This tan builds a lovely colour especially on my legs. Make sure you exfoliate well & use a mosituriser as it will go orange on knee & ankles. Overall happy with product, smells great & doesn’t stain clothes.

I’m very happy with this product, the non coloured cream applies easily, drys quickly and as a result no marking or staining to my clothes or bed sheets.
A noticeable subtle tan has developed, which is buildable with every application. So far I have not noticed any off-putting smell.

This brilliant as it is white you can see where you are putting it. Then within a hour you can see the results. it lasts as it stays on for a while.

For a gradual tan this one gives a great colour on first use with no massively noticeable streaks. Only given 4 stars as this cream takes absolutely ages to rub in so not one to slap on after a quick shower if you’re in a hurry 🙁
