I’m not a fan of rose smells, and sadly this smells more rose-like than I expected or like. It’s nice enough, and I will use it, but I don’t think I’ll repurchase. I expected it to smell darker and more amber-like 🙁
The Scrub: isn’t too harsh, doesn’t smell like coffee (sadly, I’d prefer that scent), isn’t too thick or too runny.
The Oil: I find this weird and interesting and I love it. I actually use it as a hand wash in the small toilet-room that also has a really small sink/basin, if I’m not planning to go to the main bathroom with the bigger sink and shelves etc. There’s no shelf in the little toilet-room, but this is the perfect size to pop on the edge of the sink in there. When you put a drop on your hands and run them together, the oil gets warm due to your body heat, and then rinses off well with no residue. (Tip; use your soap before water, as water can actually dry out your skin and the soap will remove the bad stuff whilst still protecting your skin and delivering the moisturising and anti-bacterial ingredients, especially if you’re using something for eczema like Dermol. Your doctor or dermatologist should tell you this tip but some don’t)
The Moisturiser: smooth, lightweight, smell lasts a decent amount of time. The little orange colour oil-balls sometimes take a bit of rubbing to burst and get them to rub in a disappear, but there aren’t too many of them. You can always pick them out if you don’t like them, or get a blob of ball-free (never thought I’d be typing that) lotion if you can’t be bothered with them at that moment in time. Can’t say it works miracles but it works okay.
