Rimmel brand may be one of the more budget brands, but for quality, long lasting & smudge proof, their lipsticks beat many of the more high end expensive brands. I’ve had designer lipsticks by Chanel, Bobby Brown etc & Rimmel is far better. This colour Heather Shimmer is a go to perfect shade that matches any outfit as it’s both subtle, but dark enough to give definition with a good sheen.
