Having had lasik done, eye vitamins is essential so I decided to give this a go.
I also take daily fish oil, vitamin c and zinc supplement alongside this (though i did start taking these supplements way before i discovered Macushield and no noticeable effects regarding vision until recently).
Only my 5th day of taking Macushield chewable and may be early days to fully tell but i have noticed that my vision at night has kind of improved. Vision has become noticeably sharper, making it just a bit more easier to drive at night than before and dry eye symptoms seems to have reduced.
Parcel arrived on time and in good condition. As for the tablets themselves, they have such a pleasant sweet taste.
Making it easy and a delight to take.
Will keep taking this vitamin for peace of mind when it comes to eye health 🙂
