Much prefer this to the usual aggressive taste of mouthwash, so the 5 stars is exclusively for the product. Amazon get no stars whatsoever for delivery. Why bother to ask for delivery instructions in case we’re out, if drivers are going to ignore them? As 2 items were delivered on the same day by different delivery, one 3ft high left outside the front door( not at all obvious!!!), & this one went 4 days undetected, hidden behind the bins!

I’ve been using Listerine Total Care Milder Taste Mouthwash for a while, and it’s become a staple in my oral care routine. Unlike some mouthwashes that leave your mouth feeling like you just took a shot of hot sauce, this one lives up to its “milder taste” claim.
It still offers all the benefits of a strong mouthwash without the intense burn; it leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean, and it’s great for fighting bad breath. Plus, it helps with gum health and plaque control.
The bottle lasts quite a while, so you get your money’s worth. If you’ve been hesitant to use mouthwash because of the harsh taste, give this one a try!

Milder taste than others, but does the job without affecting taste

Effective to a degree, not much more you could ask for. Cleans and leaves a relatively pleasing smell. Much prefer this to its mint counterpart.

This mouthwash does assist; however, the “sodium lauryl sulphate” component makes it terrible for your teeth. Many oral care products, such as toothpaste and mouthwash, contain sodium lauryl sulphate as a common component. While it could offer transient advantages like fewer plaques and fresher breath, it can also make some people feel dry and irritated. To preserve the best dental health, it is crucial to think about mouthwash alternatives devoid of this possibly dangerous component.
Propylene glycol, another chemical that is frequently included in dental care products, is also important to take into account. Propylene glycol has been linked to probable allergic responses and skin irritation, despite the fact that it helps prevent the product from drying out and improves its texture. Therefore, for optimum tooth health, looking into alternate oral care products without this component might be helpful.
It’s also important to include Poloxamer 407, another typical element in oral care products. Although it is used as an emulsifier and surfactant to increase the smoothness and efficacy of the product, certain studies have revealed that it may cause minor discomfort or irritation in some people. To ensure that their dental health is not impacted, people with sensitive gums or those who are prone to allergic reactions may wish to seek other oral care products that do not include poloxamer 407.
Another component to note is CI 16035, a colourant that is frequently found in dental care products. It gives the goods a vivid crimson hue that improves their aesthetic appeal. However, certain people can be allergic or sensitive to this colourant, which could cause irritation or pain. In order to prevent any negative effects, it is crucial for people who have known sensitivities to or allergies to CI 16035 to use oral care products devoid of this component.
Overall, I don’t think you should be using this product; look for something naturally made with organic ingredients. Natural dental care products often use alternative colourants derived from plants or minerals, which are less likely to cause allergic reactions. Additionally, opting for natural products can also have environmental benefits, as they are usually free from harsh chemicals and toxins that can harm ecosystems.
