Great product but treat it as a colour mask. The longer you leave it on, the darker the effect so bear that in mind. Use in the shower/bathroom to manager the risk of stains. The promotions of the girl putting it on in her bedroom next to white bedsheets is a disaster waiting to happen! It will stain false nails, it will stain sheets/carpets so best play it safe and use it in the bathroom. Also on wet hair – I did not
Iike the results when putting it directly on dry. Use it like a mask and it’s a winner!

This is a great product. It leaves my hair really shiny and with a lovely colour.
The only problem is that it’s so difficult to get out of the bottle!! It’s thick, and the bottle design makes it nigh on impossible to actually get the stuff out to apply. Apart from that, great product.

I really like the product but it’s a struggle getting it out of the bottle even when it’s full and I’ve “finished” the bottle now- meaning I can’t get my fingers or any kind of tool in there to get the final dregs out. You’re already paying a lot for a small amount of product so not being able to use the whole thing is really disappointing.

Bottle is a nightmare to get product out

I have natural, undyed, “virgin” fine straight hair. Used half the bottle and followed the instructions exactly. Hair looked a richer deeper brown and super duper shiny afterwards!
However it completely washed out after the first wash. Very disappointing as I was off to a wedding.
I will use the remainder of the bottle but next time I will leave it on for much longer than the recommended minutes, and hope that actually helps the colour have the staying power.
I wanted to love this as I love the idea of dying hair without harsh chemicals but if it doesn’t last longer than one wash then it’s just not worth the money :/
UPDATE: I tried it a second time and left it on for around an hour. The result looked like I’d actually dyed my hair darker (my scalp dyed too) but really healthy with a gorgeous even colour. This time it lasted roughly 6 washes. Still not as long as I’d hoped but better than 1 wash. I still have some left so this 1 bottle will equal 3 applications. Pretty good value, especially if you manage to get it on offer!

There was a slight change to the brass tone of my hair, but overall very disappointing considering the price.
The product is extremely thick to apply and difficult to wash out. As the instructions state to wash until water runs clear, most of the product gets washed out on application.
If glaze can work on the product consistency it may last longer on the hair?
