I bought this mirror as a birthday present for my grandchild. She was highly delighted with it.
After 6 weeks it failed to work and my grandchild was heartbroken. I contacted Amazon and was told
that after 30 days I had to contact the manufacturer. I contacted them several times and got no response
at all. I wrote a very bad review on this item and Amazon customer services picked up my complaint.

Very pleased with the mirror at first but after 6 months the lights failed , contacted supplier who replied same day and replaced the faulty part(adaptor) without question and very fast , would definitely recommend for both mirror and their excellent customer service
