I used the mild version for a while and didn’t think i needed the extra mild until it was the only one i could find so i bought it. It’s made a massive difference to my skin. Worth it if you have combination skin as it just seems to take off the surface oil rather than drying out your face

What I look for in a cleanser is no fragrance, no foam and no redness on my skin when it is rinsed or removed with a warm flannel this ticks all the boxes and would be great for young teens as a gentle cleanser for young skin. For people wearing makeup this is not strong enough to remove makeup so I would use an oil or cleansing cream/cold cream as a first cleanse then go in with this as a second cleanse in the evening but a great product overall
