I am extremely disappointed with this product. The box displays a copper colour similar to the hair colour I previously had. The product has made my hair a cherry red which I despise. I have only given it two stars as the colour attached to my hair really well. Now I have to go through the process of lightening my hair all over again. If you want a deep red then go for this but if your trying to achieve a auburn/copper colour don’t buy this!

Unusable as only bottle was in box, so 2 missing. Ordered a while ago and didn’t think to check the contents. Went to use it today and can’t. Missed window to return. Very disappointed

So, it says the product is “light auburn”. I don’t know if I got a faulty one, but my hair looks closer to brown. The 3 photos are after the second wash in sunlight where it looks a little more ginger, but normally it looks very dark. I was trying to go back to my natural colour from blonde (states on the packaging it would be very orange) and it’s certainly not very orange, it’s dark auburn at the very least, so I’m kinda disappointed.
Otherwise, the smell wasn’t awful, only burnt my eyes a little. I usually have to use 2 bottles and managed with only 1 so that was amazing.
