The product is not very ergonomic, you can not help but keep pressing the on / off button while you are using.

This item was huge it was far to long and heavy for me I should have taken more notice of the discription had to return for them reasons return was excellent by Amazon refunded money no problem

The first time I used mine was on a client. The little screen window part is all blurry so I couldn’t see what heat setting it was on.
When I used it, I kept switching the button off because which cannot be helped when turning the tongs and this slowed everything down as I couldn’t see the screen window what it was on and spent most of my time clicking and guessing the heat setting. The barrel is a good size though if you can handle all the faffing about. Not a bad price but should be cheaper with what I’ve experienced.

Was recommended to buy a £199 ceramic curl iron by my hairstylist but it was way out of my budget and I googled top hair curl irons and the black one with 5 different wands was in the Glam magazine.
After reading the reviews here I gave it a gamble. And I am so happy I did.
