This product has actually surprised me They are true with the description very comfortable disctret holds a lot of fluid for both types off incontinence I am very alue for the price you pay for theses pantpleased with this item and I will buy more I have put them on subscriptions for every 4 weeks great value for money I’m hoping they do the same offer in black. I have bought these before and they are perfect for my needs! They are comfortable and fit snugly. I am temporarily disabled due to cancer and my frequent trips to the hospital mean I have to prepare for long waits to be picked up! If I cant get to a toilet I am very distressed but these provide a solution!

Lot cheaper than supermarkets. This plus large size seems slightly tighter than all other brands but still comfortable and water tight. Can’t afford tena brand so I’ve switched to this cheaper option which I’m satisfied with..
Will definitely buy again.

I’ve just had to start wearing incontinence pants recently as a precaution for IBD. I tried using Always Discreet first which were a nice size and comfortable but the price is a little out of my budget.
I decided to give these ones a go as an alternative and I have found that they’re pretty much the same quality as the above brand I mentioned. I got the Large ones, they do fit and I’m a size 18-20 depending on what I wear, and they just say fit me. If there was a larger size for a similar price I’d pay it gladly.
They’re comfortable, nice material (I have sensory issues which makes this point important to me). They don’t make sounds when you move so others don’t know you’re wearing them. I used one to run under some water to see how much it would hold just in case anyone was wondering and it did hold quite a bit of water, hope this helps someone whose considering buying these ones.
All in all, nice affordable alternative to be to the named brands and can be shipped straight to your door in discreet packaging. Would buy again, but I’d like to know if there was a bigger size to try in this brand just to test the roominess of them, but without the chance of leaking.

Amazon have changed the design & they are not as snug around the legs, with pieces that now flap & aren’t elasticated. They have a tendency to slip dow, so wearing a snug fitting pair of briefs on top can help keep them in place. I tend to use them more for night time because of that & they can make the skin sweat.
