Not described as extra long (15” ) .nightly pee just stays in the middle third, getting thicker/deeper/uncomfortable instead of spreading out towards the ends as you would expect. Redeeming factor is price as previously I was using 2 per night supermarket brand, with 3 teardrops. Thankfully I am experiencing improvement with doing pelvic floor exercises.
