I have problems with my bladder, not holding a pee when sneeze or playing tennis and those are perfect to wear everyday, I am over 100kg 170cm and they are still fits me (large size) but they will be good for many sizes, my partner likes their looks too so they are great for young women too!

As recommended by a friend, I bought the next size up in these Always Pants despite being a size 14. I can’t imagine the Medium fitting me as well, whereas the Large was a perfect fit for me. These arrived quickly and in discreet packaging which was appreciated. They didn’t look as underwear-like as the image on the packet, and felt distinctly diaper-like which made me slightly self-conscious when leaving the house, but they did the job well and were easy to remove and dispose of as well as comfortable to wear. My only real complaint is the fragrance. I know it’s part of the odour absorption but it was slightly sickly and heavy – when I pulled the pants down to use the loo the powdery scent quickly filled the whole bathroom!

Always discreet are very comfortable especially at night and you don’t have to worry if you have any leakage as you don’t. They are good value for money and would definitely buy them again. I tried one packet from town last time I was shopping and when I saw this offer of two packets I couldn’t resist. Thank you.
